I came into Orange County Monster Carts with a long list of picky questions and an unusually long list of requests, and Chan and his team handled every one without pushback. Every follow-up favor I threw at them got the same response "yes”. They go so far out of their way for the customer. Never seen anything like it in all my years - this is not an exaggeration. What stood out most was the complete lack of pressure. Chan clearly knows these carts better than the other dealers I visited, but he never used that to steer me toward a sale. The only thing he seemed interested in was me ending up with the right cart, not closing a deal. I've been in sales for 15 years, and watching Chan work was a good reminder to always put the customer first. He also got me by far deal (and I shopped around). At one point he actually INSISTED I go visit a competing dealer to make sure I didn't want an EZ-GO, which he doesn't sell, lol. After we sold the old club car we spent a year looking around talking to 5 or 6 dealers seeing options imports vs domestic.  Chan had a good selection of carts and was knowledgeable across the board.  He gave us options across the varying brands and we ended up going with Club Car again for an LSV.
